Active Sports Collective (一般社団法人 アクティブスポーツ共創機構; hereinafter "the Association") operates the CWSA JAPAN official website (hereinafter "this site") in compliance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) and other applicable laws and guidelines, and handles users' personal information appropriately.

When you submit the contact form on this site, you enter your name, company or organization name, email address, telephone number, the type of inquiry and the content of your inquiry.

We may also collect access logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, date and time of access and similar information) in order to understand how this site is used.

We use the personal information we collect within the scope of the following purposes.

• Responding and replying to inquiries • Providing information about CWSA JAPAN activities, competitions and events • Improving this site and analyzing how it is used • Responding to requirements under applicable laws

The Association does not provide personal information to third parties without the prior consent of the individual concerned, except in the following cases.

CWSA account registration, membership procedures, event entry and listing in the World Ranking System all take place on the systems of CWSA (Competitive Wake Surf Association) headquarters. Personal information handled in the course of those procedures is subject to the policies established by CWSA headquarters. If you move from this site to the CWSA global site, the Association cannot accept responsibility for how personal information is handled on that site.
