Fees are paid on site in cash (Japanese yen). Both the practice fee and the facility fee apply.
Practice may be changed or cancelled because of weather, river conditions, safety or equipment.

Slots marked "already booked" can still be chosen, but we can only offer them if a cancellation comes up. We recommend choosing from the free slots.

I would like a second slot if any are left over Once every rider has a slot, we will offer any remaining slots to riders who ticked this box. Ticking it does not guarantee a second slot. If you receive one, the practice fee for that slot (¥6,000) is added.

I agree that CWSA JAPAN may use the details entered here to run Official Practice: allocating slots, contacting us, and checking riders in on the day. I also agree that once a rider's slot is confirmed, that rider's name will appear on the public practice schedule (name only — no contact details, country, division or reference number). I understand that this is a provisional request and that no slot is held until CWSA JAPAN confirms it by email. I agree to pay the practice fee and the facility fee on site, in cash, in Japanese yen.
